Move is a gym in Fulham built around cold and heat therapy. The community is strong. The tech team is zero.
Most people guess at the timing, skip the breathing, and quit before the benefits land. Move wanted an app that tracks ice-bath and sauna sessions, guides breathwork, and builds a daily habit. Without the price tag of a custom native build.
