The challenge
A venture studio spotted a gap in the Saudi car-service market. Two constraints came with it: Stripe is unavailable there, and half the audience reads right to left.
Both had to be solved at the architecture level. Retrofitting RTL or swapping in payments later would have broken the launch deadline.
