The challenge
Zen Educate is a Series B edtech operating across the UK and US. Their existing site was slow to update, hard to maintain, and blocking the growth experiments their marketing team wanted to run.
Operations were live in two regions. They needed a flexible system to create, update, and localise content fast, without the rebuild putting their existing SEO at risk.
What we built
Migrated the whole platform into Framer page by page with zero downtime
Built UK and US variant components for consistency without duplication
Migrated the CMS into four content hubs
Integrated the full stack: Google Tag Manager, Zoho CRM, Trustpilot, Heap, Hotjar
Optimised code and media for search and speed
Provided full documentation at launch
