I've found in my time working with clients that many simply don't know what the process of creating an e-learning course entails This ends up creating confusion, requiring extra time for meetings, scope creep, and too many review cycles.

To help solve this issue, I created this guide for my team and myself, to help stakeholders and clients understand the process of developing an e-learning course.
