Every Thursday at 7pm, Running Coach Alex Fermin and Walking Coach Aida Sanchez rally both runners and walkers of all paces in the Downtown Kissimmee area to have a fun and energetic support group to help interested individuals to begin their journeys.

Meet The Unstoppable Husband & Wife Team
RRCA, Certified Running Coach Alex Fermin and LCSW Coach Aida Sanchez became addicted to running after completing the 4-Mile Central Park run in New York City.
With the completion of the NYC Marathon, Coach Alex and Coach Aida wanted to create their own diverse and fun running group with everything they loved about the running community, as well as everything it lacked and make it their own with a satisfying helping of latin flavor.
Mira Pa Lante translated means Looking Forward, or Looking Ahead.
In life, there is no looking back. You won't find your goals in the past.
Moving Forward, Coach Alex and Coach Aida moved to Florida, where Mira Pa Lante flourished and gained traction after the Miami Marathon.
They established the following to cater to all paces:
Walkers walk for 2 miles
Runners run for 3 miles
Members of this vibrant community never fail to cheer one another on, keep the motivation strong. They are always uplifting those around them.
Looking Ahead, Mira Pa Lante has aspirations to travel the world with purpose. Run around the globe, and embrace the different cultures and nature in their travels.
Moving Forward, Looking Ahead 5K Training Program!
Presented by Mira Pa Lante, the Moving Forward, Looking Ahead 5K is a 10-week program designed to train prospective runners using the Galloway Run-Walk-Run method.
In order to achieve the ultimate goal of running the 5K’s 3.1 Miles without stopping, Coach Alex will implement:
Running for a distance
Walking for a distance,
and finishing strong with a run at the end.
A form of interval running, this method decreases the likelihood of muscle fatigue, which is what will leave you needing that break.
It is a workout that will strengthen the body, vitalize the mind, all while having a good time.
The true definition of Moving Forward and Looking Ahead.
Participants will meet:
Every Monday and Tuesday
Time: 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Location: Kissimmee Lakefront Park Marina
Training Begins: Monday, September 18, 2023
Training Ends: Tuesday, November 21, 2023
At the end of the 10 weeks, Coach Alex will host a
5K Race Day on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 7:00pm.

Run-Walk-Run method promotes better body control so you can reach that stride.

Coach Alex designed a cost effective program that equals to $10/hour.
So for the two days a week you’ll train together, it’s as low as $20/week.
When you register before September 11th, you’ll only pay $200 per runner in total for Mira Pa Lante’s 10-Week Program!
