The Retail Sales & Supply Chain Analysis Dashboard project aimed to provide businesses in the retail industry with a comprehensive tool to analyze their sales data and supply chain performance. The main deliverable of this project was a user-friendly dashboard that consolidated and visualized key metrics related to retail sales and supply chain performance. The dashboard provided a centralized view of sales data, inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and other relevant information. Additionally, it allowed users to customize their analysis by applying filters and selecting specific time periods or product categories.
To develop the Retail Sales & Supply Chain Analysis Dashboard, our team followed a structured process. We began by gathering requirements from retail businesses to understand their specific needs and challenges. Next, we collected and integrated data from various sources, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management systems, and supply chain databases.
