Tiny Treasures Toys is an online Montessori-inspired toy store. I took on the role of social media manager recently to help boost engagement and sales. I helped the business run its social media platforms, create content, and bring in more clients.

The problem was that the owner had no knowledge of social media management and needed help. This business is brand new so it needs a boost of engagement in order to get sales. I provided a solution by creating content, a social media strategy, engagement, and branding.

In order to reach these goals I collaborated with the owner to create a brand for their shop. I then created a strategy before creating the content. I have begun running social media with consistent engagement and great content.

So far, the results have been good. This is still very new so I won't see that much of a change for at least a month or so. I will update you with future results.

This is the first online store I have worked with and it is a bit different from the usual clients I have had. I am learning a lot of new things and enjoy helping a small business grow.
