Offeco E-commerce Store UX Redesign

Offeco ecommerce design

From stuck to scaling with a clean, human store design
Offeco helps people create ergonomic workspaces, using new, refurbished, or used furniture. Their service is full-circle, from advice to delivery. But while their business was growing, their store wasn’t keeping up.
They wanted to scale into new countries. Their WooCommerce setup was slow, hard to manage, and didn’t reflect their quality or service. They needed something faster, clearer, and more professional.

My role

I was responsible for the full UX design of the new store. From structure and layout to look and feel, I handled every part of the design process.

Where we started

We began with the basics. What content needs to be on each page? What are users looking for? What’s missing right now?
We mapped out every section and reviewed competitors. What do they do well? What feels off? Together with the Offeco team, we aligned on a tone that felt right: helpful, human, and clear.

What changed

The new design puts warmth and clarity first. Rounded shapes and softer typography give it a friendly feel. The menu was simplified to reduce friction. And we used subtle psychological cues to guide users to the right products faster.
The design is clean but never cold. Focused but never pushy. It reflects the service behind the screen, more personal, reliable, and made to fit.

The result

The site has been live for just over a month. Conversions are climbing, and the founder is thrilled with the new experience. It feels faster, sharper, and much more aligned with Offeco’s vision for the future.

Why it matters This was my first full project as a full-time freelancer. It set the tone for how I work now. Practical. Thoughtful. Always driven by real needs. I’m proud of how it turned out. Even more proud of how it performs.
