Solution: As part of Huggies' plan to launch a new product into the market, they aimed to develop a clear go-to-market strategy to gain market share in the trade sector. In order to effectively promote their product and reach their target audience, I was tasked with creating a comprehensive go-to-market plan for the launch of Huggies pants in the trade market.
To ensure the success of the launch, I identified the relevant stakeholders to collaborate with and implemented activities that were result-driven and aimed at increasing ROI. Through a strategic approach, I was able to identify key market opportunities and better understand the needs and preferences of the trade sector.
The go-to-market plan I created was clear and concise, outlining the necessary steps to effectively promote Huggies pants in the trade market. By executing this plan, Huggies was able to successfully launch its new product and gain market share in the trade sector.
