Problem & Current Scenario

The Aventour app no longer met user and business needs. The outdated experience, combined with recurring technical issues, created frustration for customers and limited the company’s ability to generate sales. Both users and the business reported difficulties that highlighted the need for a complete redesign.

Solution & Final Result

I led the entire design process — from information architecture and navigation flows to the final user interface and a fully interactive prototype built in Figma.
The redesigned delivered a modern, intuitive, and seamless experience. Users can now easily browse destinations, book transfers and tours, and complete their purchases without friction. The new design improved navigation, reduced errors, and made the booking flow clear and efficient. This transformation not only enhanced the overall user experience but also increased trust, engagement, and conversion rates — aligning user needs with business goals.
