Context & Problem

CREAI is a social project focused on welcoming and including children and teenagers. CREAI did not yet have an institutional website and was not officially registered as an NGO. One of the biggest challenges in taking the next step and obtaining accreditation was precisely the lack of a clear, trustworthy, and structured digital presence.
Without a website, CREAI faced several challenges:
Lack of an official and centralized channel to present its mission, values, and activities.
Difficulty in conveying credibility and transparency, which are essential to attract new supporters.
Limitations in expanding communication beyond social media.
Absence of a space to formalize donations and strengthen the project’s brand.

Solution & Results

The challenge of creating CREAI’s first website was more than just design — it was about giving digital form to a dream: transforming a social project into an official NGO.
I worked closely with the team to translate CREAI’s essence into a digital experience that is clear, welcoming, and professional. The website not only built credibility but also opened new doors for the project’s continuity and growth.
Key highlights:
🌐 First official website: an online presence that goes beyond social media.
🏛️ Foundation for accreditation: an essential step toward becoming an officially recognized NGO.
🤝 Stronger connections: a simple and direct channel to attract volunteers, supporters, and partners.
🎨 Consistent visual identity: reflecting CREAI’s values and mission in a professional way.
