Overview
Trimble Inc. is a multinational technology company that focuses on providing a wide range of solutions for various industries such as construction, agriculture, geospatial, transportation, and more.
THE CHALLENGE
As a member of the Cloud Core team, my primary focus was improving the user experience of the support portal built on the Salesforce platform. I worked on creating a cohesive and streamlined experience for users accessing the learning/knowledge base through the support portal and Trimble.com. Additionally, I optimized the community user experience, delivering a seamless and integrated interface for enhanced community engagement.
