Our goal was to overhaul a client’s client management system by setting up a comprehensive CRM. Previously, the client handled invoices and contracts manually, resulting in disorganization and stress. We implemented a streamlined CRM system to automate client tracking, improve onboarding, and reduce confusion.



Our Process / What We Did:

We designed and implemented a custom CRM workflow, including automated forms for applications, contracts, and feedback. This system automated client intake, discovery calls, and invoicing, while ensuring seamless tracking of client progress and payments.
