About the Project:
We aimed to find and integrate a social media manager to boost content creation and efficiency. Our goal was to hire someone who could manage and produce engaging content while staying within budget.
Our Process / What We Did:
We leveraged Instagram to identify candidates experienced in working with spiritual coaches. We conducted detailed interviews, assessed their qualifications and fit with our team, and executed a structured onboarding process for the chosen candidate.
