About the Project:
In this project, we successfully launched a high-ticket offer for a client, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to execution. This six-month mastermind program included two exclusive in-person retreats. We meticulously crafted the sales and checkout pages, planned the retreats, and managed client onboarding, ensuring every detail was tracked and optimized. Our objective was to enroll 8 students in this premium offer.
Our Process / What We Did:
We work with our clients to determine how detail-oriented they want their launch process to be. Creating a detailed step-by-step list of the tasks that need to be done. Everything from pre-launch to the beginning of the program is mapped out. We take care of our client’s program management as well.
