Using the brand guidelines and the design system in place on the client’s existing platform, I created a clean, structured layout to make the research content more digestible. I focused on improving visual hierarchy, scannability, and clarity. I then developed the newsletter in fully responsive HTML/CSS, tested it across email clients, and optimised it for both readability and maintainability. The final build allowed non-technical team members to update and reuse the template for future issues with minimal support.
