🧠 About the Project
DNA EOR is a global Employer of Record service helping businesses onboard talent across borders—especially in Africa—without setting up a local entity. The goal was to develop a conversion-driven website that simplifies complex legal processes and builds trust with corporate decision-makers worldwide.

The challenge was to create a B2B website that feels both globally professional and locally connected, while also optimizing for discoverability in a highly competitive HR tech space. Key requirements included:
A clean, trustworthy interface to explain compliance-heavy services
A design that speaks to both enterprise clients and startups
High-performance page load speeds for international access

I led the full design and SEO execution to deliver clarity, conversion, and global reach:
Designed modern, region-focused visuals—highlighting key markets like South Africa (see visual ref)
Created custom service sections with impact metrics (onboarding, tax, retention) to drive B2B trust
Built a mobile-first site with simplified service flows and visual calls to actio
Crafted SEO-friendly content architecture targeting terms like "Employer of Record in Africa"
Integrated analytics, schema, and technical optimizations for ongoing visibility
