product portfolio goals
Led primary and secondary market research, conducting interviews to
uncover pain points and develop user personas and journey maps.
Built iterations of wireframes in Figma, worked with the design team to
get to high-fidelity designs, and wrote epics and stories in Jira to finish at
a ready-to-execute state for the development team.
