The Project
Construction Management App (CMA) is a unified platform that combines multiple construction, complaint, and handover applications within Sinarmas Land into a single solution. By consolidating these tools into one app with a centralized database, CMA streamlines workflows and enables a seamless end-to-end process across construction management operations.
My Role
Collaborated with analyst and related stakeholders to collect, evaluate, and analyze information for our design
Created wireframes and hi-fi design that clearly convey design ideas and solutions
Provided strong communications to internal teams and user to gather feedback
Continually monitored and improved the product's user experience by utilizing user input and data-driven insights.
Design Process
Discover
First, we started by collecting important information through meetings with analysts and stakeholders to find the problems. After important data and information have been collected and analyzed, the analyst team will submit the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to the design team.
Problems:
Users were required to log in separately for each application, often switching platforms for related tasks.
Information that should be shared across platforms had to be manually re-entered in each system.
Certain workflows that naturally depend on each other couldn’t be executed seamlessly due to lack of integration.
Stand-alone databases made it difficult to consolidate reports, track real-time status, or generate holistic insights.
Explore
We began by analyzing the Product Requirement Document (PRD) to gain a deep understanding of the project's objectives and requirements. After that, we started the exploration, mapped out the user experience flow, came up with wireframes and UI design. We also did checkpoints to find out updates for each role.
What has been solved:
Single Sign-On (SSO) Login, allows users to access all CMA features using a single account.
Master Data Management that stores and manages shared data.
Global Setting (Mobile) that provide users with customizable options such as language preferences and push notification controls.
Auto-access for Construction App where users with registered access automatically see their assigned apps on the menu page.
Analyze
Re-analyze designs that have been made to gather feedbacks for future improvement.
