UTP is focused on tailored solutions that are based on strategy and human connection to find the most aligned talent for the businesses they support. Throughout our project this was our focus, to ensure that when people see Uptown Talent Partners branding and website they feel a human connection and professional experience.

Uptown Talent Partners founder, Julie, is a long time go-to in the recruiting world, but never a formalized business. Together we took Julie’s expertise and built a trusted brand.

Together we did a thorough dive into who Julie is, the kind of clients she served, and the clients aspired to work with. After taking the time to really identify her market and connect her talents with her values we knew Uptown Talent Partners was the name for her. From there it was smooth sailing when designing her branding and website.
