In this compact yet highly creative project, I had two days to produce several video assets for the Bluegoldone brand community, managed by the Hype agency, with whom I developed a strong creative collaboration.
The brief included three clear objectives:
Create a high-quality horizontal video snippet (5–10 seconds) for the community — exceeding the visual standard of previous content.
Produce a short, engaging gym video (10–12 seconds) featuring Founding Fathers performing specific exercises, fully aligned with the brand’s visual identity.
Design a looped horizontal animation with a clear explanatory message, consistent with the brand style.
Let’s dive into the process
Pre-Production Process
The challenge here was not only quality, but also speed. In short-form content, storytelling still matters, but rhythm, emotion, and visual impact take priority.
I started by closely studying the brand’s visual language, then built a solid foundation for image and video generation, allowing me to move into production almost immediately.
Brand World
The brand universe combines premium modern classic aesthetics, technology, and physical training, blended with strong iconic imagery inspired by the era of the Founding Fathers of the United States.
This clear stylistic framework made it possible to move fast while staying visually precise and on-brand.
Production Process
General Approach
Even for short-form projects like this, the process starts with reference image generation and careful character design. To keep the videos engaging, it’s important to focus on detail and variation, while avoiding cognitive overload for the viewer.
That’s why attention was paid to elements such as buttons on clothing, golden accents in the gym environment, and clearly defined exercises.
Specificity was essential in this project. The brief required three distinct gym exercises, each clearly readable on screen — a strict condition that shaped both the visuals and the pacing.
Image Generation
At the image generation stage, the task was, to put it mildly, very challenging for AI: specific actions inside a detail-rich environment, while keeping physically correct poses, anatomy, and coherent surroundings.
This required precise prompt structure and many iterations to reach clean, believable results that were ready for animation and editing.
To create the outro, I used the brand logo and integrated it directly into the scene to achieve a more immersive effect.
I designed a corridor with a door, leading the viewer toward a clear final moment — a direct call to visit the website.
Video Generation
During video generation, the primary focus was on realistic motion with clean iterations and no visible defects.
Special attention was given to weight and physicality — movements needed to feel heavy and grounded, while facial expressions remained strong, focused, and controlled, never distracting or exaggerated.
Post-Production
Post-production became a major stage of this project. Without polishing, these would remain raw AI-generated footages, not finished videos.
I added reinforcing sound effects — metal impacts and movement textures — to enhance weight and intensity.
For the looped animations, I used After Effects, manually building seamless loops via expressions and draw necessary shapes to maintain full creative control.
In the short vertical content, I also integrated all required titles using the brand’s signature font, applying clean, minimal animations to keep the messaging clear and on-brand.
Delivery
All assets were delivered within two days. I enhanced the final quality using AI upscaling, and converted one of the videos into an optimized web-ready GIF.
The clients were satisfied with the results — the videos feel impactful, polished, and fully aligned with the brand style.
