Full Website Migration & Kajabi Build for Leadership Institute of Nevada

Project Overview
LION V is a US-based nonprofit organization focused on leadership development across multiple communities – from young leaders and educators to executive-level professionals. They needed to move away from their WordPress site and fully transition to Kajabi, consolidating their website, programs, communities, and member experience into one platform.
Scope of Work
Phase 1 – Site Migration & Redesign (WordPress → Kajabi)
We migrated and fully redesigned 15+ pages from their WordPress site into Kajabi, using a premium template as a baseline and adapting it to fit LION V's identity. Every page was built with clean structure, consistent styling, and clear calls to action.
Phase 2 – Courses & Community Setup
We set up 2 full courses (programs) inside Kajabi, structured based on the client's existing back-end content. Each course was configured with proper access controls, content organization, and user flow.
We also built out 3 community access groups, each with:
Custom "Welcome to Community" pages tailored to each group
Access gating connected to the appropriate offers and membership tiers
Phase 3 – Custom Pages & Member Experience
This project included several custom-built pages that went beyond standard Kajabi functionality:
Custom Library Page – A content hub built around the course back end, giving members a central place to access all their resources
Custom Protected Page with Search Functionality – A gated page with live search so members can quickly find what they need
System Pages – Login, custom Library, and 404 pages designed to match the overall brand experience
Phase 4 – Offers, Automations & Email
We configured the full membership and purchase infrastructure:
Offers for programs, courses, communities, and donations
Automations, forms, and tagging logic to manage member access and segment contacts
Email sequences set up for each offer and product, ensuring new members receive the right onboarding flow automatically
Newsletter design and implementation
Thank you pages for purchases and form submissions
Phase 5 – Contacts Migration & Training
All existing contacts were migrated from WordPress into Kajabi with proper tagging and segmentation. To close out the project, we ran a hands-on training session covering Kajabi's interface, best practices for managing content and members, and how to confidently keep the platform running independently.

Final Overview
This was a comprehensive platform build – not just a redesign, but a full operational migration. LION V now runs their entire organization from one place: their public website, leadership programs, member communities, donor flow, and communications. The result is a cleaner, more professional experience for their audience and a much more manageable system for their team.
