Dr. Rusty Hofmann came to us with a non-functional website and a vision: launch an educational platform that would serve both doctors and industry partners. The original site lacked usability, clarity, and structure. We helped him build a scalable Kajabi ecosystem from the ground up - starting with product and community setup, and ending with a full website redesign.

Phase 1 – Product Setup & Custom Video Library We started by setting up the core product - an online course designed for both doctors and industry professionals. All training videos were uploaded and organized into structured modules.

To enhance the learning experience, we built a custom video library with the following features:

Filtering and search functionality by category and name.

A modular structure, with each module displayed on its own dedicated page.

Clear thumbnails for each video, making the library visually intuitive.

A request form allowing users to suggest new videos for the course.

Additionally, we created registration flows and checkout pages tailored to each audience, with basic access to a branded community space for doctors.

Phase 2 – Website Redesign & Brand Integration After launching the course, we redesigned the entire website. We:

Created new pages for the homepage, doctors, industry partners, about, contact, and other.

Improved structure and visuals while keeping the original brand colors and logo.

Built custom login functionality, allowing users to access the video library and community directly from the website.

Designed matching system pages and branded email templates for a consistent experience.

This transformation gave the client a modern, user-friendly platform that clearly communicates their value and serves their audience effectively.
