A/B Landing Page Design & Optimization for Shift Weight Mastery
Project Overview
Rita Black is a US-based clinical hypnotherapist and best-selling author running two separate coaching brands – one focused on smoking and vaping cessation (Smoke Free 123), and one on weight loss through hypnosis (Shift Weight Mastery). Both brands run evergreen webinars as their primary lead generation funnel, and both needed stronger, higher-converting Kajabi landing pages.
Stage 1 – Research & Strategy
Before any design work began, we reviewed both existing registration pages and mapped the full funnel flow for each brand – from ad traffic through to the evergreen webinar software and thank-you page. This gave us a clear picture of what wasn't working and what each new page needed to do differently.
Stage 2 – Figma Design
We designed a full landing page concept in Figma for each brand – new visual layout, improved content flow, stronger CTA placement, and testimonial integration. Mobile layout was considered alongside desktop from the start. Each design went through a client review and approval before moving into the build.
Stage 3 – Kajabi Implementation & Testing
Once approved, each page was built in Kajabi, connected to the corresponding evergreen webinar registration form, and fully wired up with CTAs. We ran a complete flow test and responsiveness check across desktop and mobile for both pages before handoff.
Final Overview
Two brands, two audiences, two landing pages – each built to convert. The result is a pair of clean, focused registration pages that match each brand's voice and give Rita's evergreen funnels a much stronger foundation to drive registrations from.
