This was a short backend-focused project for FreightWaves Academy, one of our long-term clients. FreightWaves Academy has a large course library on another platform and is gradually migrating it to Kajabi. In this first phase, we migrated 6 courses and built the entire backend infrastructure needed to support a scalable course ecosystem inside Kajabi.
Phase 1 - Course Migration & Setup
Migrated 6 existing courses to Kajabi
Created and structured courses inside Kajabi
Uploaded and organized video and text lessons
Set up offers and access logic
Designed course pages in the existing FreightWaves Academy brand style
Configured system pages: Login, Library, 404
Imported contacts and assigned correct course access
Phase 2 - Custom Backend Library Architecture
Designed and implemented a custom User Dashboard inside Kajabi
Built a custom sidebar navigation for courses, pages, and links
Created a central dashboard displaying all available courses
Implemented logic for:
purchased courses (unlocked)
non-purchased courses (locked) with a direct purchase option
This backend library works as a product access hub, not just a default course list

Final Overview
In this project, we implemented our custom Inweber User Dashboard inside Kajabi, replacing the default course library with a scalable, product-focused backend experience.

Unfortunately, this project doesn’t include a public preview link. Since the work was focused on a private backend dashboard, the full flow can be seen in the video walkthrough above.
