The client came to us before launch with a clear concern: the website was built in Kajabi, but it wasn’t converting. With multiple services, offers, and user paths, the experience felt overwhelming for visitors and difficult to manage internally.

Instead of jumping straight into redesign, we were brought in to audit the entire Kajabi ecosystem - front-end, back-end, offers, and automations - and map out a clearer, more conversion-focused structure. The goal was simple: improve user flow, reduce friction, and make every offer easier to understand and choose.

We reviewed all key pages from a user’s perspective, focusing on layout, hierarchy, readability, and calls-to-action. The goal was to identify where users get stuck, confused, or disengaged.

With 5 core services and multiple offers, we analyzed how products were positioned and how users were guided between them. We identified gaps in hierarchy, missing “start here” logic, and opportunities to simplify decision-making.

We audited offers, tags, thank-you pages, and email flows to ensure purchases, bookings, and opt-ins triggered the right next steps. Missing onboarding, lack of tagging, and broken handoffs were all documented with clear recommendations.
