Design for Playful STEAM Learning

The project was to design a curriculum that integrates STEAM in a playful manner with a clear pathway to evaluate when a child has made progress or can move to another level. The curriculum needed to be diverse - balanced between all science, tech, arts, and math - targeting the entire spectrum of the acronym. The goal was for the curriculum to be versatile (plug & play) enough to be repurposed and used in thematic workshops and camps either online or offline.

Deliverables

After four months of working collaboratively with the founders, we delivered:
A pedagogical model that is unique to the company’s mission and guides how the company designs for learning
A curriculum blueprint with clear learning objectives, teaching and learning methods, syllabus, and assessment methods
32 detailed lesson plans for learners aged 4 to 6 and 7 to 9

Results
