A crypto startup wanted Dogecoin holders to exchange, store and stake coins without leaving Telegram or learning an exchange interface. The product had to process real deposits and withdrawals safely, with limits and fees, reward users who bring friends and let operators change rates, texts and staking settings themselves. When a transfer raised questions, support had to reach a human quickly.

The bot runs on BotMother in Docker, in English and Russian. Deposits use CoinPayments callback addresses with IPN webhooks, so users are notified when funds arrive. Exchanges from DOGE to BTC, ETH and USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20) check min/max limits and per-currency fees; every withdrawal needs explicit confirmation, and wallet addresses can be saved. Staking pays periodic rewards with refinancing and an unstaking cooldown. Referral deep links give access to privileged rates. A Laravel + Voyager admin manages texts, rates, fees and broadcasts, and ‘Contact manager’ opens a Zendesk ticket.
