Aluplast — Viber bot · window systems

Viber bot that shows window and door systems, finds the five nearest dealers by location and sends the buyer’s request to the chosen dealer.

Role: Team lead and software architect

Client: Aluplast, window-systems manufacturer (Ukrainian market)

Team: 2 developers

Period: 2021–2022

Aluplast makes window and door profile systems and sells them through a network of independent dealers. A homeowner interested in a product has to find a nearby installer, and the manufacturer wants that lead to reach the right dealer fast. The goal was a Viber assistant with a product catalogue, technical specs and a dealer finder, plus content the marketing team could edit without developers.

The bot runs on BotMother with full-width custom Viber keyboards and a Laravel + Voyager admin. A product carousel shows photos, descriptions and technical specs. The dealer finder takes the user’s location or a typed address, runs an SQL distance query and returns the five nearest dealers within a radius on Google static maps. The phone number is shared through Viber, saved in the admin and emailed to the chosen dealer or a manager. String files cover Ukrainian, Russian, German and English (US and Canada).
