InclusionLab – Workshop Facilitation + Education

MentorcliQ, a leader in mentorship software, sought to strengthen inclusion within mentorship programs. To address this, I designed InclusionLab, a learning program that helps mentors develop and apply inclusive behaviors in their mentoring relationships. This program was created to ensure that mentorship is not just about career guidance but also about fostering belonging, psychological safety, and equitable opportunities for mentees.

Objective & Challenges

The goal of InclusionLab was to provide mentors with the skills and confidence to navigate conversations around identity, bias, and inclusion, ultimately improving the effectiveness of mentorship programs. A key challenge was designing a scalable program that resonated across different industries and company cultures while delivering real, measurable impact.

Approach & Execution

To ensure effectiveness and engagement, I:
• Developed InclusionLab, a structured program focused on inclusive communication, bias awareness, and equitable mentorship strategies.
• Designed interactive workshops incorporating real-world scenarios, role-playing, and guided discussions.
• Facilitated sessions for Fortune 500 companies, tailoring content to their organizational cultures and mentorship goals.
• Integrated data-driven insights to track participant engagement, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.

Final Thoughts
