Ruangguru for business is a new product from Ruangguru to answer the enterprise needs B2B of various companies. Various corporate clients who have used Ruangguru are expected to be able to cross-selling of existing products. The products are Skill academy for enterprise, Ruang Kerja, English Academy, and Ruang Privat.‍

Define & Ideate In this process we discuss with the business team to get the context of the problem. The business team provides a brief document regarding the initial hypothesis of the problem.After getting the brief, the product designer team conducted a discussion followed by research to define the problem statement so that later in the ideate phase they could find an initial solution that could answer the problem.

Research In the next stage, we conducted research on several client companies that use RGFB products. In addition, we also do benchmarking with competitor analysis

Analyze At this stage we conduct an in-depth analysis of competitors who have previously conducted research. At this stage we also collect insights that can be used as points for solutions

Design With the insight that has been obtained, we implement it into a design

Presents The last stage is testing and presenting to the business team and stakeholders with the design solutions that have been made. The goal is to find out whether the solutions that have been designed can answer the existing problems
