Public Sector Network is a global organisation connecting government professionals across the world. When they evolved their event format from a series of individual roadshows into a single week-long programme — Government Innovation Week — they needed a brand that reflected that ambition. The new identity had to make the event feel bigger and more significant than what came before, while housing four distinct events under one roof and sitting comfortably within the existing PSN brand.
The approach
The challenge was creating a system that felt unified without making each event look identical. The solution was a modular visual language built around colour and shape — each sub-event assigned its own distinct colour and geometric form, so they could be instantly recognised while clearly belonging to the same family. A deep navy base provided a strong, neutral foundation that referenced PSN's existing palette while giving the new brand its own authority.
The graphic elements were designed to be flexible from the start — bold enough to anchor large-scale prints, adaptable enough to work across digital formats, social media, and email. The result was a brand system that could be applied consistently across every touchpoint without losing its energy.
