FinTech SaaS Platform (Product design)

SaaS platform for virtual bank cards tailored for small businesses, providing a streamlined solution for managing financial operations and ad spending. The platform simplifies complex financial tasks, offering an intuitive and user-friendly interface to enhance business efficiency.

As a lead designer, I was responsible for the entire design process, including user research, interface design, and creating a seamless user experience. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform met the needs of small businesses and aligned with the company’s vision.

To kick off the project, I conducted comprehensive user research and interviewed key stakeholders to gather insights into the unique challenges faced by small businesses. This research informed the creation of detailed wireframes and prototypes, which illustrated the user journey and interface design. During the development phase, I maintained close collaboration with the development team to ensure the design was translated seamlessly into the final product. Extensive testing and iterations were performed to fine-tune the user experience, ensuring the platform was intuitive, efficient, and met the highest standards of quality.
