Data Analysis for Resource Payouts

Developed a dashboard for visibility on employee benefit i.e. salary increment for 1 quarter if a certain emplyee achieves a certain revenue threshhold. It contains the nationwide summary of eligility alongwith the status of emplyees that have earned the increment or have not performed well and have downgraded in their respective payouts. It further gives the option to search individual employee payout status.
