Circle K is one of the most popular convenience store chains in Vietnam, with over 400 stores in big cities like Hanoi, Hai Phong and HCMC. CL Club is the chain's loyalty platform.
The Problem:
To improve CK Club's user experience, we first figured out the problems currently residing within the app through an audit of the app itself and its competitors.
The Final Design:
Introducing the improved information architecture along with the new UI that addresses the defined problems.
