The goal was to design a cohesive brand experience for Centé, a French fragrance lab with over 250 years of perfume heritage. The objective was to create a visual identity for the fragrance Emberwood that feels both timeless and contemporary.
One of the key challenges was translating the essence of the scent into a visual language. Emberwood evokes warmth, depth, and subtle sophistication, so the design needed to reflect those qualities without feeling heavy or overly decorative.
The approach focused on balance: refined typography, a restrained color palette, and carefully considered brand touchpoints. From the perfume bottle and packaging to the shopping bag, advertising, and store facade, each element was designed to work together as part of a unified luxury experience.
The final result aims to communicate quiet confidence and modern elegance, a brand presence that feels premium, distinctive, and rooted in heritage.
