Changing shapes is time consuming and often happens on a per-order basis taking around 30 minutes or more. With the shape builder tool it takes less than 3 minutes and can be used by interns or in-training personnel. 

Downloading orders and sending them to the lab was a manual process. Now it's almost fully automated and orders are integrated with the lab's harvesting and tracking API.

The former template was broken beyond repair. As first priority we fixed glitches and patches site breaking errors. Now we can take care of a rebuild.
