Long-term clients were unhappy with ordering lenses in pairs, because it was cumbersome for bulk orders. The goal was to make it as easy as possible to order a lot of lenses within a short time period. Because some clients started ordering from other companies a quick and pleasing solution gained priority.

Designing the app flow around the users interest made the order process a breeze, reduced loading times and made clients come back to their trusted lens maker.
