Merchant POS Application

Project Overview

Merchant POS Application helps merchants and processors increase transaction conversion by taking a unique approach of connecting Merchants to a network of Banks and sharing intelligence to make faster, better decisions. The product has an administration interface that allows processors to configure their settings on the platform. The work required us to design all the screens in the user journey for the different personas that were identified for this product. A demo site was launched as well to help Sales in their conversation with prospective customers.

My Contributions

Collaborated with Product Managers to understand the experience vision. Defined the UX Strategy for the product. Presented the vision to the executive leadership and the organisation as a whole. Conducted customer validations of the visual designs to get early customer feedback. Worked towards deliverables such as personas, user journeys and mockups.
