Project Overview

Digital Banking Application – An API driven offering helps banks fight Fraud, Optimize Customer Journeys & Reinforce Digital Trust across Banking Channels. It is one of our flagship products that helps banks enhance digital experiences with the improved awareness across monetary & non-monetary transactions across various channels. The product has an administration console that facilitates Fraud Analysts to review customer's transactions and raise appropriate cases for review. We designed a widget based dashboard for the Fraud Analyst, the dashboard has some interesting visualisations that will improve the productivity of the Fraud Analyst.

My Contributions

Collaborated with Product Managers to understand the experience vision. Defined the UX Strategy for the product. Presented the vision to the executive leadership and the organisation as a whole. Introduced Service Design for the first time in the organization. Extended existing User Research methodologies to adopt a service design approach. Conducted customer validations of the mockups to get early customer feedback. Worked towards deliverables namely personas, user journeys, mockups and prototypes. Conducted Design Sprints that helped prioritise features that should be part of the MVP.
