techpotions leads, an AI Agent That Hunts Buying Signals

techpotions leads

My studio's own product, which I designed and built in Next.js. techpotions leads is an AI agent that hunts the open web for businesses showing a buying signal this week, hiring posts, new listings, active ads, review complaints, then dates, sources, and scores every one with a plain-English "why this lead, why now," and sends tracked email and WhatsApp outreach from your own domain and number.
The category sells databases, 200 million rows that were true whenever they were last scraped, priced per seat and locked in annually. I run a studio myself, bought those databases, watched the bounces, and built the opposite: a small list of businesses that signalled this week, each one carrying its source link, its date, and its reason. The product fills my studio's pipeline on a schedule, which is the only roadmap it has ever needed.
The interface makes the second argument. Sales tools shout, dense grids, red badges, dashboards that read like cockpits. This one is a warm cream ground with terracotta doing the accent work, mono-spaced caps for labels, soft rounded cards, and generous space, a prospecting tool that feels calm because the whole pitch is that you no longer need to spray a thousand contacts before lunch.

Hero

The agent, caught working. A warm cream ground with a live card materializing mid-search, a dental clinic surfacing with its hiring posts and its "why now" as you read, so the hero performs the product instead of describing it. Start free and book a demo sit beside the promise: no card, AI included, no markup.

The Proof

One run, five warm leads, two readable. A real run laid out as evidence, the brief at the top, then every lead dated, sourced, and scored with a plain-English reason it's warm right now. The other three stay closed on purpose, and the demo CTA underneath offers to find yours instead.

The Shift

Most tools sell you a database, it goes stale the day it's built. The old way against the techpotions way, side by side: a 200M-row list you'll spam versus the 20 that signalled this week, per-seat lock-in versus paying for the intelligence, blasting everyone versus reaching out warm in one click.

How It Works

From a niche to a warm list in minutes. Three numbered steps, describe your niche, watch the agent work, work the warm list, closed by an unedited sixty-second video of one brief becoming a full board, the browser it drives and the pages it reads narrated live.

The Product

Everything to find, qualify, and work a lead. Nine feature cards: buying signals instead of contact dumps, dated and sourced and scored, a real cloud browser swept wide, outreach that sends and tracks, a pipeline that refills itself, a workspace per client, AI included with BYOK to scale, a board you actually work, and the whole pipeline on MCP.

Book a Demo

One brief, sixty seconds, a full board. An unedited screen recording of a single run, the niche typed in plain English, then the agent driving a real browser live, the pages it reads and every signal it finds narrated as it works, until dated, scored leads land on the board with their "why now" attached. No cuts, no staged data, because the product's whole argument is that you can watch it hunt.

How We Compare

Fresh intent beats a bigger database. A capability table putting the agent against contact databases and a manual VA, honest about the trade: not better at coverage, better at recency, intent, and "why now." Below it, my founder's note on why I built it: I bought the databases, watched the bounces, and built the thing that fills my own pipeline.

Pricing

Pay for the intelligence, not the rows. Three launch-priced tiers from solo to agency, every plan including the AI behind its monthly leads, with the free start carrying the whole ask: your first 15 leads on us, no card.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly. Apollo and ZoomInfo named and answered directly, the AI billing explained, and the close offering both doors, run your first search in minutes or book a demo and watch it hunt live on the call.

Dashboard

The pipeline at a glance. Stat cards for total leads, hot leads, in pipeline, and won, a 14-day leads-found chart, and a terracotta donut splitting the warmth mix into hot, warm, and lukewarm with the scored count in the middle. Top sources ranked underneath with real numbers, Google Maps and LinkedIn earning their places, so you see where the signals actually come from.

Find Leads

The brief, as a form. Describe who you want and what you sell, and the agent hunts fresh, dated buying signals straight into your pipeline. Four calm fields, niche, offer, location, and ideal-customer qualifiers, each carrying a plain-English example of what separates a fit from a non-fit instead of a query syntax to learn, with saved searches one bookmark away.

Pipeline

A board sorted hottest first. 192 leads dragging through new, contacted, replied, and qualified, every card carrying its location, its dated signal, and a warmth badge in terracotta. The cards read like intelligence rather than database rows, posted LinkedIn three weeks ago, owner actively publishing updates, active on Google Maps with 5.0 and seven reviews, with import, export, groups, and filters along the top.

Runs

Every hunt, on the record. Each lead search lands as its own run, newest first, carrying its brief, its model, its target, its freshness window, and how many leads survived, from twenty-lead contractor sweeps down to the SCADA niche that yielded two. Schedules sit on the second tab, the pipeline that refills itself, with receipts.

Platform Admin

The operator's seat. Every workspace, account, plan, and run across the platform on one screen, seven workspaces, ten members, 383 leads, and spend tracked down to $0.41, with a 14-day runs chart precise enough to show the single-run bump. Each workspace keeps its own mailbox, number, and AI key, so client data and spend never mix.
