Chatberry, an Arabic-First WhatsApp Marketing Platform

Chatberry

Chatberry is an Arabic-first WhatsApp marketing platform, a complete toolkit for businesses that live on WhatsApp rather than treating it as a side channel. An AI chatbot fields customer questions around the clock, bulk campaigns run over the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API as a Meta business partner, a multi-agent shared inbox lets a whole team work one number together without stepping on each other, and interactive buttons with rule-based reply automation cover everything the AI does not need to handle. Being on the official API is the part that matters commercially, since the unofficial tools this category is full of get numbers banned, and a business whose entire customer base sits in one WhatsApp thread cannot take that risk.
Built RTL-first for the Arabic market, which meant designing right to left from the first layout rather than mirroring an English product afterwards. Almost every competing platform does the latter, and it shows in the details, broken spacing, Latin-first typography, and interfaces that read like a translation. Over a million messages have gone through the platform to date.

Features (المميزات)

The page that has to convince a business to move its customer conversations onto a platform, so it leads with capability rather than atmosphere. Five features laid out in sequence: bulk sending with CSV contact upload and timezone-aware scheduling, real-time conversation management with multi-agent assignment and WebSocket updates, AI reply automation trained on past customer behaviour, smart scheduling for individuals or whole lists, and campaign analytics covering response rates, campaign performance, and team output. Each one is written with the technical specifics visible, because the buyer here is usually the person who already tried an unofficial tool and got burned, and vague feature copy is exactly what that tool promised them.

How to start (كيف تبدأ)

A three-step onboarding path with a realistic time next to each one, two minutes to check requirements, forty-five minutes to submit the API application, and no waiting at all to start using Chatberry once approved. Getting onto the official WhatsApp Business API is the single biggest barrier in this category, it involves a new phone number, a Facebook business page, and a Meta approval process, and most prospects assume it's harder than it is. Publishing the actual timings turns the scariest part of the purchase into something that fits inside an afternoon.

Numbers (الأرقام)

Three figures, each carrying its own proof job. Over 1,000,000 messages sent through the platform, which establishes it's running at real volume rather than in pilot. A 99%+ success rate tied explicitly to official WhatsApp compliance, answering the deliverability question before it's asked. And 20+ industries served, which tells a prospect their sector is unlikely to be the awkward exception. Placed after the benefits, where the reader has just been told what it does and is deciding whether to believe it.

Login page

The entry point to the dashboard, kept deliberately plain because everyone arriving here is already a customer and needs speed rather than persuasion. RTL layout, Arabic-first labels, and a single path in with nothing competing beside it. For a product people open several times a day, the login screen is the most-seen page in the whole system, so the job is to be forgettable and fast rather than impressive.

Built RTL from the first layout, not mirrored after. AI chatbot, bulk campaigns, shared team inbox, and 1M+ messages sent to date.
