Integrated Bill.com with QuickBooks Online to reduce DPO.

Writing manual vendor checks caused delays, late fees, and credit issues. Implementing Bill.com eliminated manual checks, improved payment efficiency, reduced late fees, and enhanced credit ratings and cash flow.

I led this implementation from start to finish, including testing and training for the accounting team. I configured and managed permissions and settings for this program as well.
