Managed the multi-client ERP software onboarding for customers each week, utilizing a project timeline with clear goals and deadlines.

Implementation usually included setting up the customer's CRM, POS, Websites, and E-Commerce stores. These were native features in the ERP software that I configured for each customer.

I also set up sales tax connections to Avalara and payment connections with WorldPay and Authorize.net.

I provided regular progress updates, maintaining consistent communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles via Zoom meetings and email.

In addition, I completed user acceptance and QA testing.
