Trakpadi- Subscription Management App

Trakpadi is a subscription tracking and management application designed to simplify the process of managing recurring expenses. With a sleek and intuitive interface, Trakpadi empowers users to take control of their subscriptions, optimize their spending, and achieve financial wellness.

Our design process includes that we empathized with our users through observation and immersion. We dig online (App store and Play store) to observe the reviews and comments of our competitors. We also download the app and used it to get a first-hand experience.

In the user research phase, we designed an online survey with Google Forms to observe behavioural patterns and needs of the potential users. A total of 66 people responded to the survey. Below is the survey responses.

We made the responses of the user easy to comprehend by simplifying them in a persona format.

We went through the competitor’s app ourselves to see for ourselves, the problem faced by the user, that way we understood them even better.

We proceeded to user persona creation to map out the behaviours and needs of our target audience and users.

A design system saves a lot of time in designing and iterations/changes by utilizing premade UI components and elements. It allowed for consistency in the app design.
