Usability audits
A usability audit is an evaluation of a website or app’s user experience (UX) to identify issues that may hinder usability, accessibility, or overall performance. It involves analyzing the design, navigation, content, and functionality from a user-centered perspective. The goal is to pinpoint areas where users may struggle or become frustrated, such as confusing layouts, inefficient processes, or slow load times. The audit typically results in a report with actionable recommendations for improving the user experience, enhancing ease of use, and ensuring that the product meets the needs of its intended audience.
A SWOT analysis is a strategic planning tool used to assess a business, project, or product by examining its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It helps identify internal and external factors that can influence success.
	•	Strengths: Internal advantages or resources that give the business an edge, such as a strong brand, loyal customer base, or unique features.
	•	Weaknesses: Internal challenges or areas that need improvement, like limited resources, poor user experience, or lack of brand awareness.
	•	Opportunities: External factors that could be leveraged for growth, such as emerging market trends, new technologies, or untapped customer segments.
	•	Threats: External factors that could negatively impact the business, like competition, regulatory changes, or economic downturns.

A SWOT analysis helps businesses make informed decisions and develop strategies to capitalize on their strengths, mitigate weaknesses, seize opportunities, and counteract potential threats.
