Real estate is often seen as inaccessible — with high entry costs, and complicated processes locking out everyday investors. The challenge for me as a designer was: How to create a landing page that feels modern, credible, and approachable while explaining fractional ownership in a simple way?

Investors wanted clarity around fractional ownership.

Property owners wanted ease of listing.

Both needed reassurance through transparency and credibility.

Discovery - Analyzed user expectations and competitor patterns to identify gaps in clarity and trust.

Concepting - Created layouts that prioritized hierarchy (value proposition first, then property showcases, then FAQs).

Design - Focused on a modern, minimal UI with strong typography, generous white space, and simple iconography to reinforce transparency.

Light testing - Conducted internal reviews for readability and clarity. Feedback confirmed the need for more prominent FAQs and trust markers, which were incorporated into the final design.
