10boxx is a video production company, whose mission is to empower their clients to tell their unique human and brand stories. Their website serves as the digital gateway to achieving this mission.

However, this digital gateway was not living up to its full potential. Visitors were bouncing away, often just after landing on the homepage, signaling a missed opportunity for engagement.

Addressing user frustrations and boosting conversions.

Streamline the information architecture in a logical and user-friendly manner.

Improved user journey with persuasive call to action enabling visitors to easily schedule a complimentary consultation.

Enhanced interactivity to optimize user experience.

I redesigned the overall visual design to be more compelling. The new home page now prominently feature 10boxx showreel and incorporated clear, compelling call-to-action buttons designed to pique user engagement.

To enhanced the user engagement, I introduced a page load to set the users ready for the engagement they are about to experience on the website. Micro integrations and Incorporating video elements were included to optimise user experience in a more engaging and concise manner.

Integrating Calendly on the website allowed users to have a one-on-one session. This approach helps to filter leads. 10boxx is able to identify if the clients project align with their mission while the client is able to decide whether to hire 10boxx before making any financial commitment.

By revamping 10boxx website, we witnessed substantial gains in user engagement, conversion rates, and the overall perception of the brand.
