Oscar is an AI-powered all-in-one booking and business management platform designed to help service businesses manage scheduling, bookings, staff, clients, payments, and more from one place.

 I contributed to building Oskaros, an AI-driven platform enabling businesses to streamline appointment scheduling, resource allocation, and payment processing.
I implemented a scalable full-stack platform using Next.js and Tailwind CSS to deliver a fast, responsive, and intuitive user experience for both business managers and customers.
I designed a PostgreSQL database and Supabase backend to support multi-resource scheduling, staff availability, and dynamic booking logic, ensuring accurate, conflict-free appointments and real-time updates across users.
We integrated AI to interpret business requirements expressed in natural language, automatically generating booking pages, staff calendars, and service workflows. This AI-driven orchestration included scheduling logic, resource validation, and availability computation while maintaining reliability and legal compliance.
Interactive calendar and resource management UIs were implemented using Framer Motion and Shadcn/ui for smooth animations and clear visual feedback, allowing users to intuitively manage staff, rooms, and service slots.
Performance optimization included server-side rendering, edge caching, and AWS deployment to handle concurrent booking requests efficiently. Analytics tracking was implemented to provide insights into user behavior and booking trends, supporting continuous product improvement.

Challenges & Solutions:

 AI-driven scheduling can misinterpret availability rules or resource dependencies, creating potential conflicts or double bookings. We mitigated this by implementing backend verification of all generated schedules, logging AI actions, and applying conflict-resolution algorithms. Real-time availability computations ensured accuracy even under high concurrency.

Results:

The platform enables businesses to automate scheduling and resource management with minimal manual oversight, providing clients with reliable booking experiences. AI-driven setup significantly reduces onboarding effort, while responsive and performant UIs improve adoption and trust.
