KSRNY stands out by being highly focused on NYC commercial real estate, particularly Midtown and Manhattan, offering deep local market expertise and accurate leasing and investment guidance. Its modern, minimalist design provides a clean, intuitive navigation experience, with listings clearly displayed alongside key property details. Unlike typical listing directories, the site integrates services with property listings, creating a one-stop platform for leasing, sales, and tenant or landlord representation. Transparency and credibility are emphasized through visible legal pages, privacy policies, and a legitimate NYC office address. Additionally, the site is fully mobile-responsive, ensuring smooth access for clients on-the-go.
Tech Stack: Next.js, React, Sanity CMS, Tailwind CSS, Vercel, REST APIs, CRM Integrations, SEO Optimization, Lazy Loading, Component-Based Architecture, Responsive Design, Spam Protection Mechanisms
I spearheaded the full development of a high-performance NYC commercial real estate platform, leveraging Next.js and Sanity CMS to create a scalable and responsive property listing environment.
The main goal was to convert scattered property data and client inquiries into a structured, user-friendly experience, solving inefficiencies present in traditional real estate sites.
To achieve this, I applied Tailwind CSS for a consistent and responsive UIct state management for interactive components, and Elfsight widgets to enhance functionality.
From the beginning, the platform was structured to integrate seamlessly with real-time listings, lead capture forms, and client interactions, while ensuring data security, SEO performance, and long-term scalability.
During development, I navigated challenges such as maintaining responsive layouts across all devices, optimizing media-heavy property listings, and keeping page load times low without sacrificing visual fidelity.
To address these issues, I implemented lazy loading, CDN caching via jsDelivr, and modular listing templates, alongside a component-based architecture using Next.js. Lead capture systems were built securely, connecting to backend CRMs and newsletter workflows while mitigating spam submissions.
For deployment and performance, I relied on Vercel to provide fast global delivery, continuous iteration, and smooth updates for dynamic listings.
As a result, property managers, tenants, and investors now enjoy a centralized, intuitive platform to explore, filter, and inquire about commercial properties efficiently, with structured listings, real-time updates, and optimized searchability.
Ultimately, this project showcased my ability to combine modern web technologies, CMS integration, and full-stack engineering to turn complex real state data into a scalable, high-performing platform that significantly enhances user experience and operational efficiency.
